Kid’s program was created to provide children ages 4 – 14 ( 4- 8 Jahre) und (9 – 14 Jahre ) with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect, as well by teaching them self-defense they gain self-confidence, also develop their reflexes, flexibility, coordination and strength.

 The outcome of continued childhood practice it goes far beyond the accomplishments on the mats. The discipline and excellence demanded for us often carries over to the child’s behavior at home and at school.

Women`s BJJ

Women’s program is a Fusion class of both fundamental and BJJ classes also we gonna help you run drills to simulate realistic attack and escape situations you might cross, as a woman, according to statistics.
As well It is a great solution for anyone who wants to have fitness routine. Enjoy aerobic exercise and strength training that will help you achieve your fitness goals fast and efficient.
The women can participate of other classes, which are mixed between men.

BJJ – All Levels

BJJ program is a Fusion class of both, for beginners and advanced. The training is divided into a warm up, drills for better coordination and cardio training, then learning one takedown and 2 positions on the ground for submission or transitions to control the opponent and sparring.

BJJ Fundamentals

Fundamentals program is designed for every level, from beginners to advanced, but it is even more important for the beginners to learn the basic movements, posture, how to fall etc. that will be forever useful, then run drills based on techniques to develop coordination and cardio training, learn a technique for takedowns and for submissions, then close with sparring for experience and feel it for real. The beginners have an opportunity to roll with someone of a higher level that gives tips, and for the advanced it is good to practice some movements before trying with another advanced partner.

Private classes are a good way to learn with all the attention on you, to work hard on your skills and develop faster, and are highly recommended for beginners to gain a better understanding and have more confidence when training in group classes.
